Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at Email. You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, the geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination, and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to Email and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money to original source, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation (Video Recording of Parcel opening required). Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders in the stage of processing and request a refund from us, Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Order Status – Processing: Refund is Eligible with a Deduction of 4.5% charges. Full Refund eligible if taking refund in Shop Wallet.
Order Status – Shipped but not picked up from our warehouse: Refund is Eligible with a Deduction of 4.5% charges. ( For this you may check tracking ID )
Order Status – Shipped: Shipping charges will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
